HOW TO ORDER
You can order direct to us.
Please write an e-mail with your name, address,
telephone number, and part numbers you are purchasing.　
PAYMENT TERM METHOD
Payment must be made in advance.
We accept credit cards(Visa and master) and wire transfer and paypal.
If possible please add your Tel. no. on the PayPal form during payment.
This information will be useful when the item stops at the customs or
cannot be delivered for any reason.　
CURRENCY
All prices are in YEN (Japanese yen ).
SHIPPING&DELIVERY
Shipping is not included in prices.
Each shipping will be quoted and depending on weight and size of the package.

*For EMS
If the total amount of your order is 9,999 yen or less, the postage will be 1,500 yen.
・Total price is over 10,000 yen, the shipping becomes free.

・EMS is decreasing due to the influence of coronavirus.
It may take some time to deliver. Please note.

*For DHL Air Priority
If the total order amount is less than 9,999 yen
It will be 4,000yen
(shipping fee 1,500 yen&additional charge 2,500 yen).

If the total order amount is 10,000 yen or more,
the additional charge is only 2,500 yen.

* When using DHL as the shipping method.
Please note that phone number information is required.
Without this information, your order cannot be shipped.
Be sure to add this information to PayPal when making a payment.

TAX
Shipping does not include local taxes and duties.

We open Monday through Friday.from 9:00am to 5:00pm ( in Japan )
Return Policy
If the customer is unsatisfied with our products you can return the item(s) as follows.
・If the item(s) delivered differs from the ordered item(s).
・If the item(s) is broken or has a defect when delivered.
・If the drastically weaken the reception. *Unable to receive any signal

Please send us an email, and we will process a full refund of payment which includes the shipping of return or exchange the product according to the customer`s request.

For other reasons of return that are not from the given above, we will only refund the payment for the item. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges of returned item.

Please note that all refunds or exchange of item(s) will be processed after we received the returned item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days after the customer received the product.
